📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and manage daily retail data using Microsoft Excel and other data processing tools.
• Generate and analyze reports to support store operations and decision-making.
• Maintain and optimize our retail management system, ensuring data accuracy and system performance.
• Assist in the implementation of new technologies and processes to improve efficiency.
• Provide technical support to store staff, addressing any issues related to the retail management system.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies.
• Participate in regular data audits and quality checks to maintain high standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail data management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience in data processing and report generation.
• Familiarity with retail management systems and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
