📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
• Assist customers with their furniture purchases, providing expert advice and recommendations
• Conduct quality control checks on incoming and existing furniture to ensure compliance with our quality standards
• Work closely with craftsmen and designers to maintain the integrity of our products
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally
• Assist in the organization and presentation of our showroom to create an inviting and inspiring shopping environment
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the furniture industry
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of our quality assurance processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in furniture retail or quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of furniture materials, construction, and design principles
• Proficient in using inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and a commitment to excellence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team
• Familiarity with quality control standards and processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as the role may require travel between our various locations in Bali
