📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop innovative learning solutions tailored to the specific needs of each client
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality learning content
• Implement and manage learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, or Cornerstone
• Conduct needs assessments and learning analytics to inform the development of learning programs
• Facilitate learning experiences through virtual classrooms, webinars, and other digital platforms
• Provide training and support to instructors and learners
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in corporate learning and development
• Measure the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in corporate learning and development
• Certification in instructional design (e.g., ATD Certified Professional in Learning and Performance, or Certified Professional in Talent Development)
• Proficient in learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, or Cornerstone
• Experience with learning analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong project management skills with experience leading multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
