📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and radio frequency (RF) testing using advanced laboratory equipment such as Keysight Technologies PXE, Rohde & Schwarz, and Anritsu.
• Conduct compliance testing to ensure electronic products meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Develop and implement test procedures and methodologies for new products and technologies.
• Analyze test data and provide detailed reports and recommendations to engineers and product developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to EMC and RF testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful certification of electronic devices.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, standards, and technologies in EMC and RF testing.
• Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in EMC and RF testing, with a strong background in compliance testing.
• Certification in EMC and RF testing, such as CESM (Certified EMC Specialist) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using Keysight Technologies PXE, Rohde & Schwarz, and Anritsu test equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
• Knowledge of international standards and regulations related to EMC and RF testing, such as CISPR, FCC, and IEC.
• Familiarity with industry-specific applications and testing requirements for consumer electronics, automotive, and industrial applications.
