📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement governance frameworks tailored to client needs.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Advise on regulatory compliance and policy development.
• Lead governance projects from conception to completion.
• Train and mentor team members on governance best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Governance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in governance, risk, or compliance.
• Certification in GRC (e.g., CGEIT, CRISC, CISA) is a plus.
• Proficient in GRC software tools such as MetricStream, RSA Archer, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Professional certification in governance frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO 37001) is a plus.
