📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify air freight invoices with precision, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international trade regulations.
• Conduct regular reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies in invoicing data.
• Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to ensure timely and efficient invoice processing.
• Utilize SAP and other logistics software to manage and track invoicing processes.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of all invoicing activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in air logistics and invoicing.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance invoicing processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in invoicing, revenue accounting, or a similar role in the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Proficient in using SAP and other logistics software.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English, with good knowledge of Indonesian.
