📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize HVAC and building automation systems using industry-standard tools like Honeywell's Niagara Framework, Siemens' BAS, and Johnson Controls' Metasys.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of automation systems in residential and commercial projects.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing building management systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Conduct system commissioning, testing, and documentation to meet project specifications and industry standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the building automation industry, and recommend improvements to existing systems.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on system operation, maintenance, and best practices.
• Participate in project meetings, site visits, and client consultations to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of energy-efficient and sustainable building solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in building automation systems, with a strong background in HVAC and control systems.
• Professional certifications in building automation systems, such as Honeywell's Niagara Certified Professional, Siemens' Certified Building Automation Professional, or Johnson Controls' Metasys Certified Professional.
• In-depth knowledge of industry-standard tools and software, including Honeywell's Niagara Framework, Siemens' BAS, and Johnson Controls' Metasys.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and standards in Bali.
• Ability to travel to project sites and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
