📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to the menu.,Ensure the quality and consistency of dishes by following standard recipes and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Manage kitchen inventory and restock supplies as needed.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of working in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.,Valid food handler's certification.
