📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement wellbeing programs and initiatives to support patients and their families.,Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless integration of wellbeing services into patient care plans.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellbeing programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Provide guidance and support to patients, helping them navigate their healthcare journey and manage their wellbeing.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver patient education and support programs.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in patient wellbeing and healthcare, applying this knowledge to enhance our services.,Represent the hospital at community events and workshops to promote patient wellbeing and healthcare awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a wellbeing or patient support role within the healthcare industry.,Strong understanding of patient-centric care and wellbeing principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.,Proven ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.,Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
