As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities through cold calling, email, and networking.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Presenting products/services to customers and addressing their needs and concerns.,Negotiating deals and closing sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues promptly.,Tracking sales performance and providing regular reports to management.,Collaborating with the marketing team to promote products/services and drive sales.,Attending trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events to network and generate leads.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and presentation skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
