PT Anggrek Widya is looking for a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team in Medan. This is an immediate opening and the right candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business. As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our outlet and ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. You will play a key role in driving sales and customer satisfaction, and will be expected to have a strong understanding of retail operations and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including staffing, inventory, and sales.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Manage the performance of the sales team and provide coaching and training as needed.,Ensure that all outlet policies and procedures are followed and that the outlet is compliant with all relevant regulations.,Work closely with the regional manager to ensure that the outlet is meeting its targets and contributing to the overall success of the business.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that the outlet is stocked with the right products at the right time.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that the outlet is meeting its targets and achieving its goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry.,Proven track record of success in driving sales and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong understanding of retail operations and a proven ability to manage a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.,Ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant retail management software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
