📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading a team of tax professionals to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Providing expert advice on tax matters to clients and internal teams.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely preparation of tax returns and filings.
  • Conducting audits and reviews to identify tax risks and opportunities.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
  • Mentoring and developing the skills of junior tax professionals.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of tax records and documentation.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure tax compliance across the organization.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting or a related field.
  • Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
