📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  • Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and job satisfaction.
  • Monitor store performance against sales targets and implement strategies to improve results.
  • Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Promote the store's brand and products to attract and retain customers.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.
