📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily laundry operations, ensuring efficient and effective workflow.
• Manage and supervise a team of laundry staff, providing guidance and support.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service.
• Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their specific needs and deliver tailored services.
• Maintain and manage inventory, including chemicals, detergents, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Drive operational improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in laundry operations or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing a team and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of laundry equipment and technology, including washing machines, dryers, and folding systems.
• Certification in laundry operations or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with inventory management software, such as QuickBooks or SAP, is a plus.
