As a Horticulture Specialist, you will use advanced tools like AgriWeb for inventory management and PlantCare Pro for monitoring plant health. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the beauty and vitality of our tropical plant collections, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Cultivate and maintain a diverse range of tropical plants, including orchids, ferns, and exotic foliage.
• Implement and monitor pest control measures to protect plants from diseases and pests.
• Conduct regular plant health assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure plants are placed in optimal conditions for growth.
• Use AgriWeb to manage plant inventory and track growth metrics.
• Monitor plant health using PlantCare Pro and adjust care routines as needed.
• Participate in the development and testing of new plant varieties.
• Train and mentor junior staff on best practices in plant cultivation and pest management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Botany, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tropical plant cultivation and pest management.
• Proven expertise in using AgriWeb and PlantCare Pro.
• Certification in tropical plant care or pest management is a plus.
• Strong understanding of sustainable and organic gardening practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Bali’s climate and soil conditions is beneficial.
