📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain and update Accounts Payable records using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payment processing.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Support the finance team in reconciling accounts and maintaining financial records.
• Participate in financial meetings and provide support as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Accounts Payable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a finance, accounting, or related program, or a recent graduate.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, SAP, or similar financial software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Indonesian language skills are a plus.
