📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including order placement, supplier communication, and order tracking.,Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Support the procurement team in negotiating contracts and ensuring cost-effective procurement practices.,Assist in managing inventory levels and ensuring timely delivery of goods.,Provide excellent customer service to suppliers and internal stakeholders.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement strategies.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
