📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing and supervising the team.,Ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to achieve company goals.,Motivate and inspire team members to perform at their best.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback.,Assist in training and development programs for team members.,Support the Captain in strategic planning and decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.,Proven track record of successful team management.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.,Experience in a similar role within a corporate environment is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
