Bright Gold Ekspansindo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Bantul. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.,Coordinate with the main office for store promotions and events.,Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Ability to speak and write English fluently.
