📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Visit customers' homes to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
Use proprietary software to track customer interactions and ensure that our products and services meet their specific requirements.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to increase customer value.
Provide excellent customer service and support to address any issues or concerns.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement customer retention strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve your skills and performance.
Report on customer interactions and retention metrics to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer retention, sales, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to travel extensively to visit customers' homes.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
