📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to achieve branch goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor branch performance, including sales, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with other branches and the corporate office to share best practices and improve overall performance.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the automotive or service industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
