📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and supervising a team of employees.,Coordinate and oversee daily operations and projects.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement training programs for staff.,Handle recruitment and employee performance evaluations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data.,Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for the section.,Support the Section Head in strategic planning and decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and HR tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
