Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of service.,Maintain high levels of food and beverage quality, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring minimal waste and optimal use of resources.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues to the satisfaction of the guest.,Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety standards and regulations.,Participate in the development and implementation of the restaurant's service standards and procedures.,Contribute to the overall success of the hotel by promoting a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.,Proven track record of leading and managing a team to deliver exceptional service.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu planning and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Previous experience in a premium or luxury hospitality setting is a plus.
