Lingkungan Wati Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated Operations Staff to join our team. As an Operations Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our café. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily café operations including opening and closing procedures.,Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café.,Prepare and serve beverages and food to customers.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in inventory management and ordering.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the café or hospitality industry.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good knowledge of food and beverage preparation.,Familiarity with basic accounting and record-keeping.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
