Liaison Officer - Construction & Compliance

A.A Masong Construction is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Liaison Officer to join our dynamic team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our company, government agencies, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with regulations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining open lines of communication with various parties, including government bodies, clients, and subcontractors. You will need to ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date, and that any issues or concerns are addressed promptly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Act as the primary point of contact for all communication between A.A Masong Construction, government agencies, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of project proposals, permits, and other regulatory documents.
• Facilitate meetings and negotiations with government agencies, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or concerns that arise.
• Maintain and update project records and databases using relevant software tools.
• Provide support to the project team in managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring smooth project execution.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a liaison or similar role within the construction industry.
• Proven experience in managing stakeholder relationships and coordinating project activities.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
