📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the mechanical aspects of our operations, including maintenance, repair, and replacement of equipment.,Design and develop new mechanical systems and components to improve efficiency and safety.,Ensure that all equipment is functioning efficiently and safely, and that all maintenance and repair work is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Work closely with other departments, such as production and quality control, to ensure that mechanical systems and components are meeting the needs of the business.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in mechanical engineering, and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.,Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and other staff members as needed.,Ensure that all mechanical work is carried out in a safe and compliant manner, and that all safety procedures are followed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a mechanical engineering role, with a focus on industrial or manufacturing applications.,Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, components, and materials.,Experience with CAD software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks, is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.,Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations is a plus.,Experience with maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment is a plus.
