As a Junior HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various HR activities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in managing employee benefits, such as leave requests, overtime, and payroll processing.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and employee satisfaction.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR team members.,Assist in organizing and participating in HR-related events and activities.,Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in HR or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time-management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
