Lingkungan Tono Store is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. This is an urgent position, so we are looking for a candidate who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and develop employee training programs.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, and mediate disputes.,Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a retail or similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems.
