PT Jaya Sri is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for maintaining high standards of vehicle care and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and scheduling of fleet maintenance and repairs.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to ensure optimal efficiency.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Assist in the procurement and management of fleet supplies and equipment.,Coordinate with mechanics and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs.,Assist in the implementation of safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations.,Provide support in the preparation of reports and documentation related to fleet operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license (preferred but not mandatory).
