📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and verify air freight invoices with precision, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international trade regulations.
- Conduct regular reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies in invoicing data.
- Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to ensure timely and efficient invoice processing.
- Utilize SAP and other logistics software to manage and track invoicing processes.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all invoicing activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in air logistics and invoicing.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance invoicing processes.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in invoicing, revenue accounting, or a similar role in the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Proficient in using SAP and other logistics software.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English, with good knowledge of Indonesian.
